Payment Terms

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the selected products or services.

2. Credit Packages

2.1 Credit Usage

Credits are used to access premium features such as optimization services. Each optimization operation consumes a specified number of credits as displayed before initiating the operation.

2.2 Credit Validity

Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

2.3 Credit Pricing

Credit packages are offered at various price points. Current pricing is displayed on the purchase page and may be updated from time to time. Any changes to pricing will not affect credits already purchased.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Current Plans

We currently offer a Basic subscription plan. Additional subscription tiers will be introduced as we release new features, including 3D geometries and calculations, fluid-structure interaction, higher fidelity calculations, VPP (Velocity Prediction Program), and more.

3.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

3.3 Subscription Benefits

Subscription plans provide access to premium features including:

  • Access to 2D section Optimizer
  • 100 MB storage
  • 50 projects
  • Export analysis and geometries

3.4 Subscription Changes

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
    Your account will revert to the free tier after the subscription expires
  • Purchased credits remain in your account and do not expire

4.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to your Account Settings and click “Manage Subscription” or contact our support team.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Credit Refunds

If an optimization operation fails due to a technical error on our part (solver failure, server error, etc.), the credits used for that operation will be automatically refunded to your account.

5.2 Purchase Refunds

Refund requests for credit purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

5.3 Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After this 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

6. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period, and you will be notified in advance.

7. Taxes

Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental assessments associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our net income.

8. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail:

  • We will notify you by email
  • Your subscription may be suspended until payment is successful
  • After an extended period, your subscription may be cancelled
  • Please ensure your payment information is kept up to date to avoid service interruption.

9. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with a charge, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and work to resolve any billing disputes promptly.

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company before contacting us may result in account suspension.10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Such interruptions do not entitle you to a refund unless they are extended and materially affect your ability to use paid features.
